Order Delays & Lost Packages

Untracked mail: No refunds/reships for non-delivery.

Tracked/Registered: Carrier investigates loss; compensation per their policy.

Not our responsibility:

Unclaimed/Returned Parcels

Parcels to pickup points must be collected within carrier deadline.

If returned:
