Returns

We accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team via email and include:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Once your return is approved, you will receive the return instructions.

Items must be returned within 14 days after approval, in their original condition, with no signs of use.

⚠️ Personalized items (custom name/number) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within up to 14 days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method whenever possible.

In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative for faster processing.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

The item is defective

The wrong item was received

Unclaimed Orders & Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is redirected to a pickup point, the customer is responsible for collecting the order.

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us:


A reshipping fee may apply


Refunds will only be processed after the item is received back
